Through this program, we consult farmers by talking with them directly about the problem they are experiencing in their everyday’s farm operation. In this program, we invite local agricultural authority as example the agricultural officer or others who have expertise to join us. They listen to farmers, try to understand farmer’s perspective and interact with them by giving solution to their problem. We are building rapport by connecting farmers with agricultural expert and ensuring that farmers are getting enough guidelines & suggestions on farming. Also, we introduce new farming methodology as well as new technology to farmers which will help them in enhancing the production.
