Sk. Shoaibur Rahaman

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Agri-Science Society(AgSS). Currently he is studying in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University(SAU), Dhaka. Being an agricultural student, Shoaib developed the idea of AgSS and established it as a non-profit agricultural organization in December, 2019. Through this organization, he is working relentlessly with farmers, agricultural students and agricultural organization towards digitalization of agriculture. He always dreams a Bangladesh where no food insecurity will exist and technology will be used widely in whole agricultural operation and education. Shoaib worked with so many reputed organizations in Bangladesh. He was selected as an Ashoka Young Changemaker for his immense contribution in agriculture sector in 2020 and now currently working with Ashoka in Everyone a Changemaker movement. As a young, he always believes that young can change the world and we should empower them.

Only creativity is not enough in today’s era. Acting on creativity means innovation is crucial to make Everyone a Changemaker world.

MD Akram Khan

He is working as a Chief Operating Officer(COO) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). His core responsibilities to run different project and operation of AgSS. Additionaly, he is an executive at Department of Information Technology(IT) in AgSS. Akram is studying Software Engineering at IIT, University of Dhaka. From his early student life, he has been engaged with so many reputed national and international organizations. He is so much passionate in bringing a change in community and he believes change will only come if we act together to accomplish a certain goal.

CTO

Ashraful Gafur

He is the Chief Technology Officer(CTO) of Agri-Science Society(AgSS). He is responsible for all the project of AgSS that is IT driven. Additionaly, he manages the IT services of AgSS including app and website along with his team. Being a student at Software Engineering at IIT, University of Dhaka, he is very passionate to transform traditional farming system into smart farming and he is continuously working towards this dream.

Mahadi Abser Turza

He is the Head at Department of Human Resources Management in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). He is building strong rapport between the executives of AgSS so that everyone can contribute according to his or her best. Currently, he is studying Food Engineering in Bangladesh Agricultural University(BAU). Turza is always committed to do something great for the agriculture sector and that’s why he joined in AgSS.

Syed Yusuf Ahmed

He is an executive at Department of Information Technology(IT) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). He is a student of Software Engineering in University of Dhaka. The goal of Yusuf is to do something for the people around him by showing enough compassion. He is very committed to make the world a better place even just by a little bit.

Prema Paul

She is an executive at Department of Research and Development (R&D) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). She is an undergraduate student of Food Technology and Rural Industries in Bangladesh Agricultural University(BAU). Prema loves to work in different organization along with her academics. Being a student of agricultural university, she is committed to making a future of agriculture and now she is working towards it.

Tanjina Akhter Rifa

She is working as the Head at Department of Research and Development (R&D) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). Additionally, she is also an executive of Department of Operations and Strategy. Currently, she is studying agriculture in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University(SAU),Dhaka. In future, Rifa wants to be a researcher in agriculture field and she believes that AgSS is paving the way to accomplish her dream.

Md. Tariqul Islam

He is the Head, Farmer Aid in Agri-Science Society (AgSS). He is also working as an executive at Department of Operations and Strategy. Currently, he is studying agriculture in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka. Tariqul is very much visionary and enthusiastic from his childhood. After getting admission in an agricultural university, he noticed that there is a lot to know or learn and also a lot of room for improvement in agriculture sector. To learn new things and to contribute more in agriculture sector, he joined AgSS .

Saiful Islam

He is now working as an executive at Department of Communication in Agri-Science Society(AgSS).He is a student of Agriculture Faculty in Sher- e-Bangla Agricultural University(SAU),Dhaka. Saiful grew up in such a village where agriculture is a norm. The people of his village depend most on farming for their livelihood. He has been seeing the struggle of farmers and took a step to help them by joining AgSS.

Ayon Dey

Ayon, a student of Bangladesh Agricultural University(BAU) is now working as the Deputy Head at Department of Communication in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). He has a strong desire to contribute in agricultural development and he believes that AgSS can pave the whole journey for him.

Md. Yeacin Hossain

He is an executive at Department of Human Resources Management (HRM) in Agri Science Society (AgSS).Currently, he is studying agriculture in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka. Yeacin is always open to learn new things and new skill. Being an agricultural student, he always wants to strengthen his knowledge in farming sector.

He is working as an executive at Department of Communication in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). Currently, he is studying agriculture in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU), Dhaka. Maruf has a strong desire for doing something which will make impact in society. So that he joined AgSS and he believes that everyone can play a role in digitalizing our agriculture sector.

Saiful Islam Fahim

He is the Deputy Head at Department of Research and Development(R&D) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS). Additionally, he is also working as an executive at Department of Operations and Strategy(O&S). Fahim is studying agriculture in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University(SAU),Dhaka. He has a great interest in Smart Farming and he strongly believes that only Smart Farming can enhance the crop production in an organized way and also can ensure the food security of increasing population.

Ummea Afiya Orpy

Orpy is highly enthusiastic and energetic woman towards her work. Atia Ibnat Oishi

He is a student of Faculty of Fisheries, Aquaculture and Marine Science in Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University(SAU),working as an executive at Department of Research and Development(R&D) in Agri-Science Society(AgSS).The key role of Manir is to co-ordinate works regarding fisheries sector. In future, he wants to be a researcher and wants to transform the traditional fish farming into smart fish farming.
