Executive (Details)
Agri-Science Society (AgSS) is a non-profit agricultural organization founded on December, 2019 aiming to make a future of agriculture.
The core team of AgSS is formed with executives. They have wide range of roles and responsibilities in planning, operation and management.
There are six(6) departments in AgSS. Each and every executive have to work under the following departments which are assigned to him or her and when we recruit new one, candidate need to apply in specific department which suits best according to skills and experience for him/her.
- Department of Research and Development
- Department of Information Technology(IT)
- Department of Human Resources Management(HRM)
- Department of Operations and Strategy
- Department of Communication
- Department of Finance

General criteria for application:

You must need to be a university student of 2nd /3rd /4th year to apply for an Executive position in AgSS.
If you are a 1st year university student, we are encouraging you to check Intern/Campus Ambassador/Volunteer position.
- For an Executive position, you must need to be committed to dedicate 8-10 hours/weak.

The Executive position of Department of Research and Development, Department of Operation and Strategy are only opened for them who are studying agriculture, fisheries, veterinary, animal husbandry, food engineering, agricultural engineering, agricultural economics or other agriculture related subject in university.
If you are not a student of agriculture related subject, you are discouraged to apply in mentioned department.

Only apply for an Executive position at Department of Information Technology (IT) if you have relevant skills and you are confident enough to execute them.
Some relevant skill: Graphics designing, digital marketing, app development, website development etc.
- Any university student can apply for an Executive position in Department of HRM, Department of Communication and Department of Finance.
Executive selection criteria:
There are four(4) stages of selection.
- Application: You must need to apply first for an open position.
- Short listing: After the thorough processing of your application, you will be shortlisted.
- Open Discussion: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to join in an open discussion meeting with selection board via video conference call. It’s the most crucial stage of selection where you will get an opportunity to share your ideas/thoughts on agriculture as well as you will get to know better about AgSS from this discussion whether this platform will be right for you or not.
- Consent: After the thorough reviewing of last 3 stages, we will be very happy to offer you an appointment letter with a ‘consent’ form where you must need to sign and send them back to us. After that, you will be a part of our executive team and together will be able to make a future of agriculture.
As AgSS is a nonprofit organization, so it’s not possible for us to pay any executive. But incentives could be provided for the successful completion of project if funding is available. However, you will get so many benefits from AgSS as a part of an executive team which will shine you towards your whole career.
